Lauren wanted something special for her father, Robert, as he approached his 76th birthday. Audio Heirlooms met with Robert, four of his oldest friends from high school and college, his wife, two children, his secretary and his younger brother, and collected over 14 hours of tape. We then edited this down to an hour and a half. Each interview was transcribed, copyedited and bound in a handmade leather book, complete with a foldout timeline of Robert’s life. A beautifully handmade leather clamshell box houses the leather-bound transcript book as well as the two produced CDs.
